Schagerl trumpet review
Written by Dennis McComb on 11th Sep 2018

After two weeks of playing, I can't say enough good things about this trumpet. The first thing I noticed was that the fit and finish was perfect. Then I noticed how easy it was to play. Slotting was great, played in tune, and when going through the false fingerings, I found it was still in tune and the tone was equally great. Ultimately it comes down to sound and with the gold brass bell, it was rich and resonant. Put a lead mouthpiece in it and you won't believe how it plays and sounds. I sold my JM1-S to buy this and I couldn't be happier.
